Zimmerman: Eye-catching Design
The Zimmermann luxury brand has its own unmistakable style. Its vision is to create sophisticated women’s clothing, to which a sense for the slightest detail and love for the romantic subtle colours both add a hint of luxury.
The brand was founded by the Nicky and Simone Zimmermann sisters in Sydney in 1991. They had been selling their first dresses on the market in Paddington until they appeared on the pages of the prestigious Australian Vogue Magazine. That was a crucial moment for this design duo, because from then they began to hear from the Australian luxury boutiques with their orders and thereby the Zimmermann brand began to grow in popularity and in familiarity.
Currently, they have their showrooms in Sydney, London, New York and Los Angeles. Their luxury women’s collection, which has expanded to include original swimsuits, can be viewed at New York Fashion Week.
