Laurence & Chico
A Canadian apparel brand for women founded in 2015 by Laurence Li and Chico Wang. The brand’s inspiration comes from the personal luxury illustrations by Laurence depicting their everyday life. The images depict Laurence and Chico drawn as two human figures, while their friends and family are characterised as animals, plants, fruits or vegetables. The fashion provokes a unique sense of humour parallel to Laurence’s illustrations. The Spring 2018 collection is fresh and playful, for women who are not afraid to enter the scene in full flair!
Phillip Plein
Dedication to the exceptional, dedication to beauty and a passion for rock and roll, those are the strong points of Philipp Plein, which you can see in his brand, notoriously famous primarily for its unconventional luxury and unique style. According to fashion icon Franco Sozzani, Phillip is incomparable because he finds joy in life, loves women and wants to be more than just fashion. He wants to make it, create it, and be involved from the start until the final stitch. This is a particular attitude, because he is one of few.
Maison the Faux
Joris Suk and Tessa de Boer are the creative directors of MAISON the FAUX, a fashion house based in Arnhem. Maison the Faux fashion shows attract attention because of their conceptual and theatrical character. A fashion apocalypse, dramatic mise-en-scene and a luxurious concept – these words could be used to describe a show by Dutch fashion house Maison the Faux.

The first phase of Fashion Week is a new platform that gives global designers the opportunity to present themselves in the luxurious limelight of New York, whether they are debuting in the USA for the first time ever, or seeking to create new opportunities and find new relationships on this market. Fashion Week is very generous in its support of beginning artists, a fact surely appreciated by Galtiscopio, Cindy Monteiro, Runa Ray or David Ferreira, for example.
