The Czech Businesswomen Award (OČP) is organized by the Helas company and sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. This year, there were incredible 24,281 candidates for the award and the businesswomen received prizes in three categories - small, medium and large enterprises. Tamara Kotvalová won the highest award in the Large Enterprise category.
"I believe that my entrepreneurship and successful business could be an inspiration for young Czech businesswomen who are at the beginning of their career,"
said Tamara Kotvalová at the award ceremony and proceeded to thank the jury, her family and employees. The independent jury that granted Tamara the award included personalities of Czech business as well as former director of the Office of Presidential News and special assistant to five American presidents in the White House, Eliška Hašková Coolidge.
"We share the same idea, which is national pride. The Carollinum company can very much relate to the motto "Building a proud Czech Republic", which is associated with this project. As part of our activities, we get in touch with prominent Czech personalities and support Czech war veterans."
The recent participation of war veteran Emil Boček at the luxury Rolex party in the Convent of St. Agnes organized by Carollinum and Tamara Kotvalová serves as a proof.
Tamara Kotvalová began writing her fairy-tale-like story in 1996 when she founded Carollinum. The company specializes in the sale of luxury watches, jewelry, stationery and accessories, running two brand boutiques to date, Carollinum Rolex Boutique and Patek Philippe, a multibrand store Carollinum, a watch repair service and a wholesale of more affordable luxury brands.
