New Year’s Eve in Prague: what is on offer in the luxury restaurants

Luxury New Year’s Eve at CottoCrudo Four Seasons
The programme for New Year’s Eve really will be a packed one in the luxury Four Seasons hotel and the exclusive CottoCrudo restaurant. The reception already starts at 7:00 p.m. with champagne in the hotel lobby. Dinner will be served accompanied by elegant live music and a DJ will get you dancing in the CottoCrudo Bar from midnight on.
The New Year’s Eve menu includes lobster and crab salad as well as delicate artichokes and caviar. Dessert will be chocolate in all of its most luxurious of forms.
InterContinental Prague and a gala evening with a luxury view
You will have the City of a Hundred Spires in the palm of your hand at the luxury InterContinental Prague hotel, located at the corner of Pařížská in the very heart of Prague. The luxury shops and restaurants and the proximity of the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge will only help to perfect your luxurious experiences during the last days of 2016.
The rooftop restaurant of the hotel, Zlatá Praha, will be transformed into a dancefloor swaying to the rhythm of swing on 31 December. There will of course be a glass of luxury champagne on offer as a welcome drink (Mercier Brut, Champagne, France) and every guest will receive a framed souvenir photograph as a small gift. The exquisite menu will be dominated by sautéed scallops, veal tenderloin with a slice of foie gras and figs marinated in port. To bring you luck, the first dish of the new year will be ham sliced right at your table, served with lentils or bread.
Starting from 10:00 p.m. you will be able to celebrate in Duke’s hotel bar offering a wide range of cocktails.
Black & White New Year’s Eve in the luxury Hegertova Cihelna
The popular Hegertova Cihelna on the banks of the Vltava with a view of the magnificent Charles Bridge will be offering a hot and cold buffet for its guests on New Year’s Eve. Oysters will be served, as will beef steaks and duck roulade, all accompanied by pleasant live music. The restaurant has prepared a unique firework display for midnight, followed by a disco. The party will be held in Black & White style.
Moulin Rouge in the luxurious Aromi restaurant
New Year’s Eve starts at 7.30 p.m. in the Aromi restaurant and will be held in the spirit of the Moulin Rouge cabaret. Great entertainment and luxury experiences await you in the form of a perfectly chosen menu. You will be able to enjoy king crab salad and terrine of foie gras as a hors d’oeuvre. Luxury squid risotto with cod or roast veal tenderloin will be the ideal dish for your luxury New Year’s Eve table.
