Once again, Prague wants to show that it has what it takes to build modern world-class buildings in its center. The ground plan of the new construction will reflect the opposite building of Invalidovna and its sides should be decorated with statues by David Černý - huge "Atlases" with strong arms.
The freshness of the exterior will be enhanced by futuristic interior. The Trigema developer gave the residential house on Sokolovská Street the name Nová Invalidovna. Total costs are estimated at 1.5 billion CZK.
Nobody can say that the capital Prague's projects are conservative anymore! This house with a story makes it perfectly clear. Not only by its shape, but also by the playful composition of the gigantic statues. The entire building mass is pixelated, divided into individual module blocks, which act as separate rooms.
This is one hell of a marketing move, and definitely a luxurious novelty! The ground floor will host a central reception and five smaller ones. The property accommodates 144 premium apartments from 1-bedroom units up to large and luxurious penthouses with access to rooftop terraces. Naturally, parking will be available in two-storey underground car parks. Living here will have a bonus in the form of technological “gadgets” such as controlled heating, air conditioning, automatic shielding of all windows, roof voltaic power plant or use of geothermal energy.
You will find cafes, restaurants, shops, a fitness center and a supermarket in the courtyard. Above-standard services are also in the plan, namely rental of electric vehicles and electric bikes. The completion date is planned for the second half of 2022.
This house is supposed to be simultaneously exclusive and a work of art!
