The greatest thinkers will be getting together in London this November, the Olympia congress centre will be transformed into a Christmas fair, the streets will come alive with the sound of Jazz, Hyde Park will be transformed into a winter wonderland and you will be able to admire works by artists nominated for the Turner Prize in the Tate Britain.
Thinkers will be expressing their opinions at the Wired 2016 conference
The most popular thinkers and creative spirits will be meeting up at the annual two-day Wired conference, people whose opinions and ideas are certain to provide stimulating listening. The conference, at which among other things the trends of tomorrow will be discussed, will be taking place from 3 to 4 November and truly make Tobacco Dock in London come alive. More than 50 interesting speakers are expected there and more than 700 like-minded individuals.
The Olympia congress hall will come alive with the spirit of Christmas
Olympia London is a congress centre in Kensington which will be transformed into a wonderful Christmas fair from 31 October until 6 November. 750 independent boutiques will be exhibiting their wares there, having been specially selected for this Christmas event thanks to their unique style, design and elegance.

The streets of London will come alive to the sound of jazz
Succumb to the sound of jazz during the ten-day London Jazz Festival, which will offer a mix of international artists and rising stars. The festival, which brings this music to a massive and ever-growing public, is considered to be one of the top festivals of its kind. Thanks to it, the capital will come alive with the sound of high quality music offering a broad spectrum of jazz. The programme is packed with concerts, club events and discussions. The festival will be taking place throughout the whole of the capital from 11 to 20 November.
The Turner Prize at the Tate Britain
The important Turner Prize has been awarded since 1984, this being one of the most prestigious international awards in the field of fine art. The Turner Prize is awarded to an artist who is under the age of 50 and who was born, lives or works in Great Britain. The prize is awarded for a superb exhibition or public presentation of work anywhere in the world during the previous year. You can admire the works of this year’s four candidates in the Tate Britain gallery until 2 January 2017. The winner will be announced on 6.12.2016.
Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park
Hyde Park will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland from 18 November until 2 January next year. This year will already be the tenth time this event has been held, so there really will be some major celebrations. Skate on the largest open-air rink in the whole of the United Kingdom, come and take in an interesting performance including a circus show and allow yourself to be carried up into the air on the unique attractions to be found here. Hyde Park will in particular become a magical place for children in winter.
