OMEGA Created a Limited Collection at the Occasion of the Winter Olympic Games: PYEONGCHANG 2018!

The luxury brand OMEGA has been the official timekeeper of Olympic games for many years. The date of initiation of the Winter Olympic Games 2018 is set for 9. February and since 1932, OMEGA is to assume this role for twenty-eighth time. On this occasion too, it will release a new limited edition of watches that were designed to as to inspire the winner within in each of us.
The steel piece, AQUA TERRA, is adorned by colours of Olympic circles
The luxurious piece, Aqua Terra, has a steel case of 41.5 mm in size and a coaxial clockwork of 8500 calibre, boasting by the Master-Chronometer designation. The blue dial is individualised by inscription ´PYEONGCHANG 2018´, which OMEGA created by using colours of the Olympic circles.
PLANET OCEAN in the colours of South Korean flag
This at first glance sporty piece of 43.5 mm in diameter was created with the use of colours of the South Korean flag. The watch has, similarly to the model AQUA TERRA a blue ceramic dial, but compared to the first model this is combined with red in the first 15 minutes. Also, the combination of red and blue is then also present in the rubber strap.
