Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week is Coming! What you Can You Look Forward To?
Sixteen Czech and Slovak designers will present their luxury FW 2018 collections
The fashion show days are to take place between Saturday 17. 3. and Monday 19. 3. During this period the catwalk in the luxurious Baroque Clam-Gallas Palace will present sixteen Czech and Slovak authors and brands, work of students of the Ateliér design studio of clothing and footwear UMPRUM and the creation of the Ukrainian designer, Boris Vozianov. The four finalists of competition for starting designers, VAN GRAAF Junior Talent 2018 will also be introduced.
MBPFW will present established brands as well as designers who have only just started their career
The forthcoming Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week is a return of domestic design stars - Jakub Polanka, Denisa Nová DNB, Monika Drápalová or the duo of authors, CHATTY - all of whom will reappear on the catwalk after their brief break.
The luxury assembly of fashion designers will be complemented by Adam Kost, Blažek, Imreczeova, Jan Černý, LAFORMELA, Footshop, Lukáš Krnáč, Lukáš Lindner Atelier, Michael Kovacik, Nehera, ODIVI, Petra Ptáčková, Vozianov, and students of the Atelier design studio of clothing and footwear at UMPRUM.
A rich programme, including the so popular parties!
Apart from the catwalk programme, there is a range of activities also available to the public. At Prague-Holešovice Vnitroblock from 20. 3. from 19:00 to 22:00 will be held a show of special collection LAFORMELA for FOOTSHOP, available for sale. On 21. 3., from 17:00 to 22:00, designer Zuzana Kubíčková will present at the premises of Hauch Gallery a completely new line, POP by Zuzana Kubíčková, in the style of "see now, buy now."
You will not miss out on the so popular parties either! On the day of commencement you can walk over to the industrial area of the Old Sewage Treatment Plant in Bubeneč and on the last two evenings of the fashion week the notorious Groove Bar PAPER DISCO BY BLUE PAPER will be opened to the public.
