Downey Jr. threatens to sue anyone who misuses his role with artificial intelligence

Robert Downey Jr. doesn't think that Marvel's management would ever impersonate his character Tony Stark using artificial intelligence. However, if they did, he would turn up as a lawyer, even posthumously. According to the AP agency, the Oscar-winning actor has been heard saying he intends to "sue all future producers" who put his AI-created version on the big screen. Representatives of the Marvel studio and Downey did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The discussion comes during a strike by Hollywood employees that began in July after more than 18 months of negotiations for a new interactive media agreement with gaming industry giants to protect artificial intelligence collapsed.
