Former angel Victoria's Secret and computer programmer Karlie Kloss and her husband, businessman Joshua Kushner, paid $ 23.5 million for a luxury residence in Miami with its own dock. The two-storey mansion spreading over an area of 14,000 square meters is located just 10 minutes by car from a plot of land that belongs to Kushner's sister-in-law, Ivanka Trump.
From a concrete jungle to South Florida
The supermodel and her husband, who will soon welcome their first child, decided to leave cold New York while it was still just the two of them. They'd spent a part of their lives in a significantly smaller apartment in Manhattan. The flat in New York they decided to sell had only two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Their new home, on the other hand, has eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a gym and a wine cellar, and of course a swimming pool. Kloss and Kushner bought the property renovated and fully equipped.
