The luxurious PowerDolphin water drone can move at a speed of up to 5 m/s, but for now it can’t beat a shark in a “speed race”. However, it does work as a carrier of bait to the designated location. It can find fish up to a depth of 40 m. The drone can move autonomously thanks to GPS and a continuously updated position vis-à-vis the pilot. The range of the robotic dolphin is around one kilometre. An integrated camera makes 4K recordings and enables live image streaming at 1080 px resolution. The PowerDolphin will sell for 799 dollars.
