Missoni SS19 combines fashion with nature and presents an airy fashion collection
The Milan Fashion Week is behind us and we can say with certainty that it was truly worth it. The deluxe brands that were presented during this fashion week included Missoni with its airy and elaborately executed deluxe clothing. This fashion house presented a show that invited visitors to sit at coffee shop tables, among which beautiful models wearing the SS19 collection walked.

A show with a view of the illuminated city accompanied by piano music
The show by the deluxe Missoni fashion brand had a pleasant ambiance. The models walked among the guests accompanied by the sound of the piano, the entire show took place in the evening with a deluxe view of the illuminated city. This is how stylishly this brand celebrated its 65th anniversary under the light of the moon.
Deluxe airy models, light fabrics and even denim
The SS19 collection consists of light fabrics, which go perfectly with nature. White, beige, light green, those are the colours that surround us. The clothes were very light, sometimes even a little transparent and looked luxurious on the models. Most of them were also embellished with an abundance of romantic ruffles, which gave them a special flair. As well as light colours, the collection also included navy blue and denim. And Missoni is not afraid of layering either: dresses are worn over trousers, with an anorak, blazer or jacket on top.

The Missoni fashion brand is famous for its beautiful turbans, which are used as an accessory to achieve the perfect look. And they also made an appearance at this show, even though they were used to enhance only some outfits. And if a scarf was not wound around the model’s head, it was around her neck.

A delicate but slightly awkward collection
The Missoni brand has focused on a lighter style with emphasis on gracefulness from the beginning of its existence. However the SS19 collection let loose a cocktail of various emotions in my mind, including awkwardness.
A model, which looks sexy and perfectly refined at first glance, transforms into a sumo suit, which you should really avoid, at second glance. I am talking about the model worn by Kendall Jenner. The three-quarter length trousers with the subtle top, graceful décor...but what about the vest reminiscent of the apron-like robe that our grandmothers used to wear? This sort of cloak really transformed Kendall into matron and she is only a size 34-36. What would it do with a size 38+ woman? You really do not want to wear something like this.
I personally would choose the very nice model worn by Bella Hadid from this collection. I liked the simple three-coloured coat with the longer belt. An absolutely perfect item for colder spring days, when you can finally exchange your feather coat for something much lighter. And the perfect combination of colours makes this item suitable for wearing with practically anything. So you should definitely go for this model!
