A little childish, but OK for kids
Marc Jacobs and ten years older Anna Sui once met for a friendly dinner in the middle of Manhattan, shared a joint, and the "super-duper idea" was born to create a new collection that I have privately named Best Friends FOREVER!
I do not quite understand why two people around the age of sixty create an infantile collection as if designed for the Disney World store, but so be it. I wouldn't mind dressing my little Quentin in that black sweatshirt with the dead-looking characters. But I would have to explain to him that Anna Sui actually has oblique eyes, and that I do not quite understand why here they look like two grapefruits...
And what would I choose (if I really had to) for me? I quite like the little purse on which two mountains are painted. A super poetic image with a zigzagging path, yes, that could really capture the word "friendship". It would be quite useful for change for the parking meters in Prague!
