The campaign was created in Karl Lagerfeld’s iconic studio in Paris. In order to capture the unique pictures, he used bright light and only a minimum of shade. The result is truly convincing and the designer has once again proven that his feeling for art, simplicity and precision is extremely distinctive.
His work is even praised by the model Taylor Hill herself: “Shooting with Karl is a very quick affair because he knows precisely what he wants.” Ash also joins in the praise: “Karl is an icon. He knows what looks good and that is why I trust him to also take great photos with me.
The collection for the coming season is cool, sophisticated, ironic and timeless. Simply put, precisely the way the designer is himself. There are of course sunglasses, luxury leather gloves and a rewarding and typical combination of black and white.
