Y&T Luxury Property is interested in home design and creates its own design projects. In 2013 the Art Residence at the Theatre developer project received the first prize by public voting in the Realty Project of the Year competition, and even has a dedicated article in the New York Times.

Two years later, the company introduced the Candy Flat project in the Dlouhá Palace. The apartment sported a luxurious pink design with an exquisite view of the Prague castle; it represents a home of happiness and love, and that is why part of the earnings from the sale will go to charity – specifically to the Pink Crocodile project, a kindergarten for handicapped children.
