A combination of illustrations and luxury fashion

Jayde Fish posted her graphic designs on Instagram just like most young artists do. Whereas she found inspiration in design and fashion, Alessandro Michele found inspiration in her art. These two worlds were just destined to collide.

Jayde Fish had already been a big fan of the Gucci brand since Alessandro Michele took on the position of creative director. So, when she was contacted to create illustrations for clothing for the new Gucci collection, this was a massive dream come true for her and she didn’t hesitate for a second.

Jayde drew inspiration for creation of illustrations for the Gucci brand from tarot cards and their symbols. She gave the company absolute freedom to use the graphic designs she created as she was certain that Alessandro Michele would create something big. And she says that he did precisely that. Ada Masotti and her dream of corsets

The Italian brand La Perla has been highlighting the beauty of the female body since 1954. At the start of this journey was the dream of one daring and self-confident women, Ada Masotti, to establish an atelier that would produce corsets in the spirit of the finest Italian tradition. The beginnings are bound to the creative city of Bologna with its textile industry, where Ada started making corsets that would underscore every woman’s beauty.

The presentation of these luxury creations in velvet-lined boxes, as though they were priceless jewels, led to the naming of the brand La Perla, the most feminine and harmonious of all precious gems.
