Guci Décor pop-up store

Last year, the Italian fashion house Gucci opened a concept store in Florece, where, in addition to luxury handbags and clothing, they also serve premium Italian pasta. Now, in line with the Salone del Mobile exhibition in Milan, the Gucci brand presented a temporary Décor store, which will be open for less than three months.

Luxury household products

The boutique houses new and classic styles from brand collections, including porcelain, pillows, blankets, fabrics, wallpapers, furniture and restored antiques. The space spreads over two levels and is richly adorned with Gucci patterns. The interior is decorated with a marble fireplace and a cassette ceiling. The pop-up store, which looks like a luxury apartment, will stay in Milan until June.

For even smoother coordination with Salone del Mobile 2019, the brand created a new app, which enables users to explore sixteen historic sites in the city while enjoying the sculptures in the app, clad in Gucci décor. Customers can also use the app to virtually place all the items in the store in their own apartment.

Support of Italian brands and crafts

The Gucci décor collection was presented in 2017 as a commitment to craft skills associated with Italian manufacturers. It reflects Gucci’s determination to help companies that are facing economic difficulties. Take the famous 1735 porcelain maker Richard Ginori as an example - Gucci gave the brand a fresh breath of life when it was hovering on the verge of bankruptcy in 2013. Today, all Gucci porcelain bears its name.

The Fuorisalone fair, which takes place within the Milan Design Week, will introduce the new Versace Home 2019 luxury collection. Versace cooperated with interior designer Sasha Bikoff and artist Andy Dixon on the installation.

Versace know what they’re doing: the surreal scenes are captivating!

Sasha Bikoff prepared an exclusive installation for the trade fair, featuring the latest pieces from the Versace Home 2019 collection. The neon clouds and islands that are part of it add flavor to the fantastic scene.

"I've always felt a deep connection with the Versace brand, as it embodies everything I believe in - a sense of fun and freedom," explains Sasha Bikoff.

Versace with artistic overtones

Canadian artist Andy Dixon living in Los Angeles transferred his New York exhibition "Look at This Stuff Isn't It Neat" to Fuorisalone. One of his key works is the installation of a hand-painted oversized Versace shirt, specially adapted for the Design Week.

“I've always been attracted to the work of Gianni and Donatella, especially to the imagination used in their designs. There are many common features between my own work and Versace, ” says Andy Dixon.

New luxury pieces of Versace Home 2019 will be exhibited at the Milan fair until April 14th

Included among them are furniture collections such as Pop Medusa, Logomania, Jungle and Rhapsody with classic Versace motifs. Your table can now be decorated with the luxurious Medusa Rhapsody collection whose most prominent feature is the perfect harmony of first-class ceramics and gold ornaments. As per usual, the collection includes iconic bathrobes and backpacks as well as decorative pillows, dominated by gold, white and black.
