Giorgio Armani let their fantasy go wild
The men’s and women’s Giorgio Armani collections are typically miles apart. While the former focuses on time-tested classics and elegance, the latter lets fantasy run wild. And the iconic fashion designer showcased that, among others, with the eccentric hairstyle of their models, reminiscent of the “pot haircuts”, as well as with the wide range of fashion pieces which form the SS 2018 collection.

Don’t be afraid of pastel colors and rich hues in spring
The luxurious fashion show started with black pieces decorated with white silk with a pattern of romantic flowers. Over time, these were replaced by more prominent pieces – Giorgio Armani wasn’t afraid of using very prominent patterns featuring geometric shapes, various stripes and dots, lively and rich, as well as fine pastel colors, glossy materials and prominent applications.
A luxurious collection emanating feminine energy and beauty!
The Giorgio Armani men’s collection only featured silver-grey suits with a glossy top and pants. The rest of the collection is full of feminine beauty, energy and grace. Sexy mini dresses, dresses with frilly or revealed shoulders and sensual cuts; the collection is dominated by skirts and dresses that celebrate femininity.
Giorgio Armani vs. Emporio Armani
Shortly before the luxurious Giorgio Armani SS 2018 was introduced, the Italian fashion designer introduced another collection in London – Emporio Armani SS 2018. That one had a younger spirit, with a focus on optimism and light-heartedness and its goal was to encourage the younger market. A great idea!

Hippies of the world – join up!
Giorgio Armani once again introduced a plethora of luxury and first-class quality in their all-in-one package. But there is also something new here: a significant part of the show seemed to have the message “Hippies of the world – join up!”. How could the always ultra-elegant and seductive fashion of Armani drop so low? Yes, I’m a woman, and yes I do like flowers! But I really don’t want to look like a walking flower pot.
I only managed to glance something black in the second half of the show!!! And those grey-silver suits for men-women hybrids, I’d rather not even comment on those… What’s my favorite model? Certainly the black top with a wavy stone-decorated cutout, a black glossy skirt and the best part: a hat with an effective net all the way down to the middle of your thighs! Perfection that emphasizes exceptional femininity and beauty – great for visiting the Slavia café or going to the National Theatre on Sunday afternoon. Bravo!
