The National Theatre has prepared a celebratory New Year’s Eve gala evening for us, at which we will be able to hear the most beautiful arias from Mozart’s operas. Let yourself be drawn into the world of Classicism and experience an unforgettable luxurious evening at the Stavov Theatre. We can’t wait!
A first-class artistic and gastronomic experience in the spirit of the famous Austrian genius, whose name is known worldwide. A New Year’s toast with leading opera artists is an indication that you will not forget the midnight surprise in a hurry. And what is more, you can experience all this in one of the most beautiful historic theatre buildings in Europe, in Stavov Theatre, in which the famous composer himself performed and conducted the premier of his operas in 1789 and 1791. We applaud him.
What lavish music will be heard on 31 December 2017 on this magnificent luxurious evening?
Throughout this evening you will see and hear the most popular arias from the operas Don Giovanni, The Marriage of Figaro, The Magic Flute and The Abduction from the Seraglio with the legendary scenography of Don Giovanni by Josef Svoboda and costumes by Theodor Pištěk. The conductor raising his baton will be David Švec and Beno Blachut will take care of the dramaturgy. Soloists and guests of the National Theatre Opera and the National Theatre Orchestra will be performing.
An extensive banquet with selected luxury Czech and foreign delicacies, a New Year’s toast with our soloists and dancing on the stage accompanied by live music is also planned for you during the evening.

The price of one ticket for one person on the balcony and for the boxes is CZK 11,990, the ground floor will cost CZK 9,990 and the gallery CZK 7,990.
