The designer himself was involved in preparation of the exhibition before his death. This is his first British solo exhibition and you will be able to view it from 10 May to 7 October. The deluxe exhibition celebrates the nonconformist creative power of this talented designer and maps his journey from sculpting to haute couture. It reveals the story of his life and presents selected models, which were created from the beginning of the nineteen eighties to his last collection for FW 2017.

Azzedine Alaïa was a figure held in high regard not only by his clients. His colleague Jean-Paul Gaultier for instance also recognized his abilities. What was the designer of deluxe haute couture models like in his opinion?
And we simply have to agree! You can see his last haute couture collection for FW 2017 HERE.
