Shara said he hopes that the constitutional declaration will mark the beginning of a "new history for Syria, where we replace oppression with justice," when he signed the document on Thursday. The temporary constitution retains some aspects of its predecessor, including the provision that the head of state must be a Muslim, and the provision of Islamic law as the main source of jurisprudence, reported in this context by Al Jazeera.

Versace brand will have a new creative director

Donatella Versace is no longer the creative director of the well-known fashion brand founded by her deceased brother Gianni Versace. Instead, she has taken on a new role as the main brand ambassador, announced by Versace's American owner Capri Holdings. Starting in April, Dario Vitale, who was last the design director of the Miu Miu brand owned by Prada Group, will replace Donatella Versace in her position. All of this comes at a time when speculation is starting about Prada Group negotiating to buy the Versace brand from Capri Holdings. Capri Holdings paid 2 billion euros for it in 2018, which is more than 50 billion crowns in conversion, pointed out by the agency AP.
