The Czech National Bank issued a unique commemorative silver 200-crown coin to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of Adolf Loose. The world-renowned Loos is one of the most respected pre-war modern architects, famous for its Müller Villa in Prague, the multifunctional house in Vienna Goldman & Salatsch and the Bauer Chateau in Brno.

"The commemorative 200-crown coin, stamped from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper, has a diameter of 31 mm and a weight of 13 grams. It is issued in duplicate - in standard and top quality,"

CNB spokeswoman Markéta Fišerová described. 5,600 pieces will be available in standard quality, and another 10,700 pieces in top quality. The author of the design is the medalist Asamat Baltaev.

Several countries have seen a record number of coronavirus victims. In Turkey, for example, 190 people have died of the disease in the last 24 hours, the most since the beginning of the epidemic. Many deaths have also been reported in Italy, where the disease claimed 785 victims yesterday. The numbers of infected people in both countries are also alarming: yesterday, there were more than 30,000 new cases in Turkey, and 19,000 in Italy.

Elon Musk claimed Space X plans to bring humans to Mars within six years. If all goes well, maybe even four.

Musk is "highly confident" of the time frame, and he also believes it will be the SpaceX that lands humans on Mars. A million new galaxies

Australian scientists have discovered a million new galaxies while mapping the universe. They placed a very powerful telescope in the desert and, as they say, created a "new atlas of the universe" in record time. The telescopes have mapped three million galaxies in about 300 hours, a task that would have taken as many as ten years before.
