Fashid Moussavi was born in 1965 in Shiraz in Iran, having moved to London in 1979 where she´s been engaged to this day. She collected experience, having finished a number of international projects such as John Lewis in Leicester, England. Later on, she established her own luxurious design architectural firm, FMO. She is very active also in the teaching sphere where she shares her profound ideas and skills, most frequently she can be seen delivering lectures and speeches. The architect believes in the use of "responsive architecture" to create unexpected buildings.
Coco Chanel in architecture
The Iranian-British architect is renowned for her unique style, characteristic clean elegant lines, ease and breath-taking confidence. For her contribution in development of the industry she has been compared to Coco Chanel in fashion.

Her most stunning achievements include The Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, Flagship Store Victoria Beckham in London, iconic complex of Yokohama International Terminal Port, residential complex in Paris La Défense-Nanterre district or the much admired residential block of two houses in the French Montpellier, where she use the motif of curtains as a basic architectural element.
We also need to mention the Harrods toy department in London, with the inspiration by 3D pop up a Diorama. Visitors pass through colourful rooms playing with your imagination, perspective and optical tricks.

She didn´t hesitate to also take advantage of the opportunity and visited the Czech Republic. In 2017 she took part in the cycle of lectures November Talks in the Bethlehem Chapel where she offered the audience her luxury incentives and experience.
