Deluxe Christmas parties are also being held for dogs in Prague!
In the middle of 2018 the DOGG internet shop, selling designer goods for dogs, merged with the PesPotěší brand and a deluxe brick and mortar shop was established to the great delight of all dog enthusiasts.
You can find DOGG in Holešovice and it is an absolute paradise for dogs and their owners. The modern interior, excellent approach, zero-waste goods, designer accessories and knowledge of innovations is what makes this shop exceptional.
“Because we didn’t manage an opening party when the shop was opened, we decided to hold a Christmas party,” says co-founder Tereza Bořilová.
The party included music and catering for the dogs
Just like any other party, guests at this deluxe “dog boutique” were able to enjoy good music and refreshments – in the form of punch, wine and delicious open-face sandwiches for the owners and special Christmas biscuits for their four-legged friends. And that is what made this party so enjoyable and exceptional!
A puppy and some mixed-breeds provided the entertainment!
A lot of dogs attended the DOGG Christmas party. A small puppy, 2 beautiful bassets, several playful mixed breeds, a bull terrier, a Boston terrier and 2 pharaoh hounds ensured an atmosphere of cuteness.
The entire entertaining event culminated in a fashion show during which dogs of various sizes and breeds modelled winter clothing from the DOODLEBONE and Love My Dog brands and leads from the Little Cord and Funky Dog brands. All the products can be purchased at the “dog boutique”.
Recommendations for gifts to go under the Christmas tree
Patrik Šilhavý, the founder of the DOGG internet shop, also recommended 3 things that would be suitable for a dog or his owner as a Christmas gift. Anything to eat is naturally a good gift for dogs, and he also pointed out the option of a hands-free lead, GPS (which you can find today for around CZK 1,000) or an automatic ball thrower.
Not everyone who visited the party had a dog with them, like me for instance. But guests supported this beautiful project and we don’t just mean the party, but the entire shop concept, by attending. So keep it up!
