Once again, Dolce & Gabbana didn’t disappoint and presented first-class extravagant fashion. The FW 2018 collection is enriched with classic labels, pictures of angels, patterns, golden details, sequins and other expressive elements. The eclectic style is sure to appeal to men who love original fashion.

According to Dolce & Gabbana, an elegant man looks like a fairy-tale prince
The entire FW 2018 men’s collection show started off with elegant clothing that reminded us of handsome fairy-tale princes. Stunning asymmetric jackets, coats and tails embroidered with gold thread to create interesting interwoven ornaments and golden buttons create an irresistible look, which is nicely subdued by simple trousers.
Other suits with various patterns, such as flowers and angels embellished with crystals, looked very elegant and the men wearing them simply cannot be overlooked. The fashion house gave immense room to details in the FW 2018 collection and the embellishments are a true success, standing out perfectly on unmissable colours like royal blue, red, black, bordeaux, purple and others.
Luxurious royal street style combined with elegance
What thrilled us the most about the entire collection, however, was the men’s street style, which looked fantastic. Luxurious baroque garments were decorated with unreal art in the form of angels. The collection is sure to get you at first glance, not least because of the combination of striking, extravagant elements with simpler ones that refine the resulting outfit. Ordinary sweatshirts, coats, trousers, t-shirts or jackets are instantly transformed into luxurious royal street style items.
As is the custom with this fashion house, its clothing sometimes borders on the kitsch, but we really don’t mind with the FW 2018 collection. The baroque modern style truly differs from the others, making the clothing luxurious and exceptional.

Don’t be conservative, gents. This collection is hard core!
The men’s collection by Dolce & Gabbana almost hypnotised me. I absolutely love the combination of today’s contemporary fashion with baroque style, which achieves exceptional embellishment and refinement at the same time.
One of my absolute favourite is the white baroque sweatshirt with an angel on the front, the white delicately detailed trousers, the absolutely awesome orange pilot glasses and the heavily embellished shoes with the heart in the middle. But that sweatshirt is simply the best! I would gladly give one of those to my husband, and I’m sure he wouldn’t resist either. Perfect for meetings, no?
Thanks to the embellished coattails, the second part of the show looks more like a circus. But it would be great for Kanye West on stage. My final conclusion is that we shouldn’t be so conservative and minimalism should finally come to an end. Let’s be bright gold and enjoy it!
