Chanel SS19 Collection Presented in the Style of "See You at the Beach"
Fashion shows of the luxury brand of Chanel, headed by talented designer, Karl Lagerfeld, are always a great surprise. Is it even possible that he can always pull an even greater triumph? The collections of SS19 has proved that it is indeed possible. The luxurious show was held in the middle of Paris, in Grand Palais, where illusion of the ocean was created, along with a beautiful sandy beach and lifeguards. Of which country did the show remind you? Greece, Zanzibar, Cuba, or perhaps the Dominican Republic?

The models promenaded on the beach at the sound of singing birds and swishing waves
The beautiful women dressed in the SS19 collection of the Chanel fashion house walked along the luxuriously white beach, without any shoes to the rhythm of the sound of the sea and the singing of seabirds. And the same had to be done by the guests, too, especially if they did not want to ruin their own shoes. The models however of course also presented the Chanel shoes, by either carrying them in their hands or by letting them peek out of their luxury handbags.
From swimsuits, through dresses and sweaters to jackets
The SS19 collection featured several types of outfits at the same time. We like the swimwear which is inspired by the 80´s and works as part of a look with jeans or shorts. Also great are the lightweight dresses as well as outfits with trousers with great splits. Also luxurious are the youthful models with the trendy inscription of ´CHANEL´. That´s a trend which we enjoy! The collection also includes the notoriously-known classic tweed, which is this time more sexy than usual.
The jewellery here is definitely not sparing
Each model´s outfit was decorated by several pieces of jewellery, which, despite their striking nature, did not look over the top. Massive necklaces, earrings, ribbons with a ´Chanel´ inscription, lend the models flair and style. Therefore, although the models are simple and minimalist, the jewellery turns them into extravagant outfits for the most discerning of clients.

The Chanel SS19 fashion show took my breath away!
Be honest; I don´t think anyone could have seen anything like that before. Now I am mainly talking about the concept of the entire premises of the Grand Palais, the props, the SEXY LIFEGUARD, the sound, lights, the talent of Karel himself and the overall outcome of the collection as such. Not even talking about the realistically moving waves…
My love at first sight is not the classic Chanel suit alá Coco Chanel, but the holiday outfit in the style of good old French Riviera. Light-blue lace trousers, red and white sweater with ´Chanel´ inscription and finally the perfect straw hat!!! It is so well-balanced and so typically French that I find it simply mind-blowing. That is exactly the outfit that I would wear again and again and would never tire of it! The only thing missing is a deck chair, sunglasses "Chanel Butterfly" and a glass of chilled Dom Perignon Rosé.
To conclude, I must not forget to mention the most delicately tender model of all. A white sparkly cashmere sweater with two flowers, a quilted high-waisted skirt with motifs of leaves, a mini handbag (matching the skirt) and again the straw hat, like a cherry on the cake. It is so pure and chaste, almost virginally beautiful. Seeing this model one cannot manage more than just a simple "AAAAAH"!
