A play of colours, designs and unbelievable patterns
The FW 2018 collection captivated us at first glance by its playfulness. The combination of colours, materials, designs and patterns was very successful. The show started with an elegant lady in a black and red oversize suit with a narrow waist, which was dominated by an asymmetrical tail, which is what created the flame effect. This was immediately followed by beautiful and dominant lady’s models, which were in a modern fiery red and black combination and created a unique sexy look.
The female waist is given especial attention in this collection. It is emphasised by using leather belts, refined fitted leather tops and designs. The whole, with the addition of a deluxe skirt, creates the perfect silhouette. The patterned models, which contain incredible energy, are unbelievably sexy. `The red colour with the animal patterns evokes strong passion.
Asymmetrical elements that cannot be overlooked and are ultra sexy
Asymmetrical elements have recently become a major trend. However, in our opinion this trend has never appeared as beautiful, luxurious, elegant and bold as in the collection by Alexander McQueen. The coats with longer or shorter details, skirts with a unique design, combinations of material, leather and fabric create a unique effect, that is simply breath-taking. Sarah Burton has again shown that she is capable of creating perfect luxurious clothing for women and emphasising everything that a woman should show.
Magnificent evening robes with distinctive accents
The end of the collection was devoted to deluxe evening dresses, which also contained asymmetrical details and unique patterns.

For strong modern-day women!
In my opinion Alexander McQueen wants to set the style with the overall appearance of the autumn/winter 2018 collection. And I basically say why not. This collction as a whole gives me the impression of the definition of a strong modern-day woman.
I was immediately captivated by the super simple black suit, which is enhanced by a dress suit style jacket. It shouts out, “ I am a strong emancipated woman” And emancipation as such seems to me to be the best accessory of all time! I was then pleased by the fact that ponchos are back in the game. McQueen combined this black and red item with a transparent skirt, which showed naked skin. This made something completely conservative into something a little more provocative. I already want my own poncho as a comfortable accessory for shopping about town with my friends.
AS usual you could also see models here that were a little extreme. I certainly included the short black and pink dress with ruffles on the shoulders, which make women into walking butterflies on a diet, among these. I am sure that no one wants to wear these....
