If any deluxe brand knows what women desire, than it is certainly Zimmermann. Nicky and Simone, a team of two sisters who are behind creation of one of the most successful Australian brands, presented the new Resort 2019 collection and we can only nod our heads in appreciation. These are exactly the items we want to have in our wardrobe for hot summer days!

A time for romantic flowers and animal patterns
This fresh and relaxed collection is dominated by white, which the designer team supplemented with romantic floral and exotic animal patterns. Deluxe tops, dresses, blouses, skirts and trousers are embellished with snakes and zebra motifs. Geometric patterns, mostly vertical and horizontal stripes or stylish and elegant dots, also appear in places.
One white orchid for Zimmerman
When viewing the exotic appearance of Resort 2019 it may seem that the brand drew inspiration from the successful singers Eva and Vašek. The white orchid appears not only in the models’ hair, but also on the deluxe clothing. The stylish one-piece swimsuit with the sinfully low neckline or the two-piece model with a higher waist, which hides problematic areas perfectly, are both embellished with floral embroidery.
The orchid motif was also crucial during creation of the airy bohemian dresses. Zimmerman has both sexy mini-dresses with long sleeves and dropped shoulders and maxi-dresses with asymmetric designs and high slits for you in its collection.
A collection of low necklines and sophisticated closures
Zimmerman makes its minimalistic models more unusual by using distinctive elements in the form of bows, lace, embroidery, sensual cut-outs, low necklines and sophisticated closures. All the clothing from the deluxe Resort 2019 collection is so perfectly feminine in all its versions: mini, midi and maxi lengths. Simply beautiful!

A beautiful collection full of elegance!
Zimmermann Resort 2019? In my opinion this is the perfect innovation of models, which we saw most recently in the legendary film called “Out of Africa” (1985). An unbelievable dose of elegance, which has been embellished in a manner that none of us expected!
I personally fell for the mono-colour models. Right at the start of the show we could see a nearly transparent blouse with orchids, high-waited shorts embellished with subtle garlands and lovely strappy shoes. I think the outfit is absolutely perfect and the biggest hit of the entire season! Provocative, while remaining elegant. And, most importantly, an original design and combination. A deluxe lunch on a yacht in the St. Tropez harbour or a business meeting at Hilton Cloud 9? This outfit can be worn practically anywhere during the summer season!
What was not as successful is the combination of two animal patterns. This has never been a good combination in the past and I dare say that it will never look good. This is why I can compare the zebra pattern blouse worn with the loose snake pattern trousers to one of the many fashion suicides this year. So, for me, the entire RESORT collection is number one.....apart from this outfit.
