If you start working with gold using a sharp diamond tool, delicate indentations will appear on the surface that will create a sparkling effect similar to the diamond dust that can be seen on gemstones.
New Royal Gold watches that are made of matte gold represent the results of the excellent work that is devoted to the iconic design of these legendary watches.
The first Royal Oak watches that were designed by Gerals Genta appeared on the market as early as in 1972. Since then they have become one of the most easily recognisable watches in the world. Subsequently, circa four years later, the world saw the very first luxurious Royal Oak women’s watches – designed by the renowned designer Jacqueline Dimier. Now we are introducing a new luxury matte gold version.
The new luxurious Royal Oak Frosted Gold women’s watches are produced in white and pink gold and they are offered in two sizes: 33 and 37 mm. They boast the same basic design as the classic Royal Oak version but what is most amazing about them is the final processing of the worked gold, which covers the entire watches. This design is the work of Carolina Bucci who is a jewellery designer from Florence.
These watches were first presented at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie in Geneva, which took place in late January last year.
