Luxurious wedding in Lappland!

The snow-covered landscape perfectly underscores the purity of the whole wedding ceremony. You’ll never have the same unique atmosphere of winter in summer!

Destination number one: The extraordinary Lappland

You can experience a beautiful winter wedding in the Czech mountains, places that you have fond memories of. And if you love traveling and skiing, there’s nothing better than having a wedding at one of the luxurious resorts in the Alps. But for us, the true meaning of a “luxurious winter wedding” is epitomized in Lappland – a part of Finland where you can be sure there’ll always be plenty of snow.

Beautiful nature, calm, and a star-filled sky. How would you like a glass igloo or a romantic hut? And the wedding ceremony itself could take place directly in a snow chapel! We didn’t make that up, this indeed is possible – in the wild nature of Lappland, located between the towns of Levi and Yllas, 5 kilometers from the nearest road. Well, and how does one get there? In a reindeer carriage, naturally!

A wedding with soft colors which is also full of contrast!

Luxurious white snow represents a perfect background which goes well with virtually all colors in the world. Fine salmon-pink or light blue – these are some of the colors of wedding gowns which will make sure the bride is always visible while keeping a magical look. And since it’s allowed to experiment with colors on a snow background, black gowns are also allowed! All you need is a bit of courage and your big day could be truly unique!

Luxury and elegance brought by nature

A beautiful winter atmosphere will be underscored by lit candles and a room warmed with a fireplace. Plastic materials and aggressive colors are not welcome – they can stay for instance in the kid’s room. Wood, glass, fur and soft colors are what goes well with true winter. Cold drinks are complemented with hot chocolate, punch or mulled wine… well, doesn’t that sound enticing?
