The psychological thriller from director Asghar Farhadi follows the journey of Laura (Penelope Cruz) and her husband from Buenos Aires to their hometown in Spain for a celebration. Everything is going well, but during their stay in Spain there will be unexpected events that will change the lives of the main characters. The success of the Iranian director
Farhadi is an accomplished Iranian director. He earned worldwide acclaim with his 2011 film A Separation, which received the Golden Bear award in Berlin, a Golden Globe, César and Oscar for Best Foreign Film. His next film, The Salesman, from 2017, earned the same award at the Oscars.
