In early September, the unique exhibition ZHA Unbuilt opened at the Jaroslav Fragner Gallery in Prague.

Here you can see the unique concepts of luxurious architectural designs from the workshop of Zaha Hadid Architects. Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) continuously strives for innovation and perfection. Experimentation through evolving design processes is evident. ZHA employs the expertise of experts from around the world and is inspired by countless natural forms.

Luxury designs, 3D prints and virtual reality

Through this unique exhibition within the framework of the Biennial of Experimental Architecture, you can get a glimpse of the secrets of luxury architecture, and use virtual reality to discover the unique interiors, exteriors, shapes and futuristic looks of beautiful buildings. To give an even better idea, several models of buildings printed on a 3D printer are also on display.

Stadiums, skyscrapers, mega atriums

The exhibition, which is on until 27 October 2017, is divided into 10 categories based on the individual type of building. An extraordinary space contains the Mega Atriums, which become a vast canvas that can contain various stairwells, connecting bridges and other design elements. Luxury designs can also be found in the section on Skyscrapers, which are designed with unique structures and using exceptional materials.

Another interesting section is focussed on the construction of stadiums, which are always a major challenge for architects. They use spatial and structural innovations, while at the same time having to meet functional requirements. The stadium amphitheatre, structural frame, potential mobile roof and public and private areas must offer unforgettable experiences for the players, visitors and employees alike.

Planned project in Prague: new area around Masaryk Station

ZHA is known for the unique shapes of its constructions, which take the form of bubbles, shells or circles. In the near future, we may encounter some luxurious architecture by this famous studio in Prague. ZHA has designed a project that should revitalise the area around Masaryk Station. If everything goes according to plan, we certainly have something to look forward to. You can become familiar with this project as well at the unique exhibition.
