This is not the first time we've gone wild! The previous promotional spot we put on YouTube about a year ago gained more than 1 million views and became a topic for discussion for fans and marketing professionals alike.

The eye-catching and entertaining advertising style is nothing new for Y&T Luxury Property brokers. A few years ago, they tried to draw attention to the sale of real estate in a witty manner by publishing a real estate web comic called Super-maklerky.cz, which aimed to point out the sometimes funny and other times harsh practices of the Czech real estate world. In this form, they warned owners and buyers what to look out for when selling or buying.

The latest promotional spot is a follow-up to the previous episode and it is evident that the offer of luxury real estate on the Y&T Luxury Property website has grown a lot over the past year. The girls have done a lot of work since then and it shows!
