Despite all the baring, the transparent outfits from Valentino still retain a bit of mystery and luxury elegance. The outfits give the impression of high tailoring, which this time Pierpaolo Piccioli combined with another type of art.

Paris fashion weeks always amaze me with their unpredictability.
The new FW 19/20 collection by Valentino is naturally no exception. Nudity, airiness, and a considerable dose of ethereality: as if someone was reacting to the persisting temperature fluctuations caused by global warming.
My favourite is easily the grey evening dress, with feathery sleeves, in which you are basically nude. Yes, it’s quite a bold move to wear this among normal people, but on the other hand, I’d say: ‘If I’m going to do it, then all the way’. understandably, unless you have large breasts... no one wants to look like Dolly Buster in a designer dress.
And finally, I have to mention the stunning minimalistic cream white robe. Some of you may be thinking: what’s so amazing about it? It’s so pure? Well, it’s exactly this ‘purity’, that is its strongest suit! If you go to some cocktail party in this dress and you take out your charm and sense of humour, no one will forget meeting you. And that’s exactly it! In a word, the contemporary Valentino is only for expressive individuals
