He had been calling on his supporters to fight for his victory until a crowd of Trumpists invaded the US Congress and four people lost their lives in the violent demonstrations.
"Now, Congress has certified the results. A new administration will be inaugurated on January 20. My focus now turns to ensuring a smooth, orderly and seamless transition of power. This moment calls for healing and reconciliation,"
wrote Trump on his Twitter once his 12-hour ban on this social network expired. He also thanked his supporters and stated that their incredible journey together had only just began.

The American airline Boeing has agreed to pay an astronomical amount to settle criminal charges. It undertook to pay 2 and a half billion US dollars (more than 53 billion Czech crowns). Boeing, which celebrates its 105th anniversary this year, has been accused of hiding information from security officials about the design of its 737 Max aircraft. The US Department of Justice said the company had chosen profit over sincerity, which had prevented oversight of the aircrafts, which caused two fatal accidents. About $ 500 million of the total amount will go to the families of the 346 people killed in the two plane crashes.
