The new project called Burj Jumeira, which will be located near Burj Al Arab, is sure to cause a huge hype. The center of Jumeira, with its district of Al Sufouh, is considered the home of fantastic monuments, and it is here that a 550 meter high modern tower will grow. It will be a feast for the eyes!
The new icon will symbolize the waves of desert sand dunes and the breathtaking sight of green oases. Another interesting fact is that the base of the tower was designed on the basis of the outline of the fingerprint of the powerful Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid himself. The overall design of the building envelope will be characterized by digital displays that are supposed to be used for various occasions and celebrations. A sky lounge and a sky restaurant will be located at a height of 450 meters. The 360 degree panoramic view of the surrounding area is sure to sweep you off your feet. It might even make you feel dizzy to see the bustling city instead of solid ground under your feet. The luxury viewing platform will be all glass. As you ascend to "heavenly heights" via the elevator, you can use the modern interactive digital screen to help you pass the time.
The contractors of the building had the vision that Burj Jumeira would, among other things, be a place of endless entertainment, including interactive lighting and fireworks, water fountains or a terraced outdoor amphitheater. The project is expected to strengthen the surrounding areas by creating a comprehensive and vibrant community that will both provide for the different lifestyles of its residents and, above all, become a new center, a luxury dominant of Dubai for tourists.
The companies behind the project are Dubai Holding and the Skidmore Owings & Merrill architectural studio with outstanding designers, who are responsible for gems such as the "Cheessegrater" in London or Beijing's towers with an atypical appearance and traditional Chinese paper lanterns.
The first completion phase of this unique construction is expected to be achieved in 2023. Are you looking forward to it?
