In September, it will be twenty-four years since Michael Jackson visited Prague for the first and last time. Back then, his unforgettable concert, which featured the greatest hits and songs from the album HIStory, was watched by 130,000 enthusiastic fans. They can now experience a similar event - a breathtaking show called Michael Jackson Live Tribute is heading to Prague. The official Michael Jackson impersonator Sergio Cortes is looking forward to performing in Prague and isn't afraid of the coronavirus pandemic.
The native of Barcelona has a completely authentic look, voice, movements and original costumes. As such, he is rightfully recognized and respected worldwide as a doppleganger of the King of Pop.
Sergio Cortes was close to Michael Jackson, cooperated with him, even filled in for him from time to time. Thanks to him and his unique show, the legendary singer lives on and the fans love him for that. Some don't even want to believe he's not their idol in flesh and blood and keep asking for DNA tests. Cortes is simply the spitting image of Michael Jackson and his performance as an impersonator is spot on! Ten years after Jackson's death, he will bring the biggest hits of the legendary singer, whose popularity hasn't faded, to Prague.
"Michael was popular all over the world and I know that he had and still has a large fan base in the Czech Republic. I trust that we'll all pay tribute to him together in Prague. And can't wait for it,"
"On an emotional level, it affected me because I didn't understand what was going on in the world. On a professional level, of course, we canceled all the planned shows that we had been preparing for many months in advance and postponed them to later dates,"
"You can't live in fear, that would be a mistake. You have to take safety precautions into account and go on with your life.”
Tickets for the Michael Jackson Live Tribute Show are already available and you can get them in the Ticket portal networks, ranging from 750 to 1,290 crowns.
