She was stunning at the Golden Globes in her sea-blue robe by Valentino with a train. She showed up in a sparkling sexy silver dress by Celine at the Grammy awards ceremony. And for the Oscars, she wore an originally shaped black dress by Alexander McQueen.
Generally, her selection of social attire is compelling, and definitely leaves an impression. They have one thing in common, though, and that is that they‘re all complemented with jewellery by Tiffany & Co.
She dazzled at the the Oscars wearing a luxury necklace which is dominated by the legendary yellow diamond of incalculable value Tiffany Diamond weighing an incredible 128.54ct. The last person to wear this necklace bearing this gem, was Audrey Hepburn, who wore it during a promo photo shoot for the film Breakfast at Tiffany‘s.
The Tiffany Diamond was discovered in the year 1877 in the Kimberley mines in South Africa, and is considered to be one of the most important gem finds of the 19. century. The founder of the brand Charles Lewis Tiffany bought it, and had it made into this luxury and unique piece of jewellery.
This year‘s Oscars is the first time anybody wore this legendary Tiffany Diamond on the red carpet since its discovery more than 141 years ago.
