Bill Gates - he invests in toilets and genetic modifications of cows
Microsoft co-founder and chairman is one of the richest people in the world, and he definitely thinks about the future of our planet. He invests, for instance, in the creation of a futuristic toilet that doesn’t need water or sanitation and uses chemicals to transform human excrements into fertilizer.
According to Gates, about 2.5 billion people have no access to a regular restroom, and based on the data collected by the foundation, poor health conditions lead to about half a million deaths of children under five years of age each year. In addition to this, the billionaire also invests in the creation of a genetically modified cow, which could provide a solution to global hunger and climate change.
Kjell Inge Røkke - he's building a REV yacht to collect waste

Kjell Inge Røkke, Norway's richest man, amassed his wealth as a businessman in the oil industry, it is therefore no wonder he now wants to repay nature for having neglected it his entire life.
He donated $ 2.7 billion for environmental protection, especially the protection of the oceans. Currently, he is building a 180-meter-long research expedition yacht (REV), which should be manned by a crew of forty and carry sixty scientists aboard, maneuvering the ocean waters and sucking plastic waste. It should be able to recycle up to five tons of plastic waste per day!
Hansjörg Wyss - he wants to save 30% of the planet
Swiss biotech multi-billionaire Hansjoerg Wyss, the richest man in Switzerland, announced that in the next ten years, he would donate a billion dollars to save the planet. That means he plans to save 30% of the Earth by 2030, both land and ocean.
