The actress Jitka Schneiderová opened the Moët & Chandon luxury bottle during the film festival this year. Toast to the charity event was attended by many famous people: Jitka Čvančarová, Matěj Ruppert, Iva Pazderková, Hana Vagnerová, Lenka Krobotová, Aňa Geislerová, Iva Kubelková, Jana Plodková or Nikol Švantnerová.
Every year, during the festival, a luxury wine brand supports charity projects. This time they addressed Jitka Schneiderová to become their face and to start a toast of the annual charity event "Toast for a Good Thing".
“I am very happy that my beloved “Hledáme rodiče” was chosen this year, supporting foster care in our country,“ said the actress and added:
The event was attended by the President of the Festival, Jiří Bartoška, who drank with Jitka first.
The "Toast for a Good Thing" is a traditional ritual and philanthropic initiative that the legend of champagne brings to the KVIFF. For every famous person who will participate and drink to the health and fame of the Karlovy Vary festival, Moët & Chandon will contribute to the organization.
You will also contribute if you enjoy a Moët Impérial Champagne in the garden of the Grandhotel Pupp. Purchasing an elegant bottle of Moët Mini (20 cl) will bring to the Hledáme rodiče organization the equivalent to the KVIFF year, i.e. 54 CZK.
“I have been working with the non-profit organization Hledáme rodiče since its inception. I know how well and effectively they support foster families and foster care in our country. I admire the courage and devotion of parents, foster parents, as they take care of children, who for serious reasons cannot grow up in their original family. They are people who deserve our support and admiration,” says patroness Jitka Schneiderová.
