The four-storey home in California spreading over the area of 11.5 thousand square meters had been priced at $ 250 million, but when no one bought it within a year, its price dropped to $ 188 million, which is 4 billion and 375 million Czech crowns!
This palace came to the market with the headline of the most expensive house ever offered in the US. When its price dropped, it lost its status. However, since it hasn't been sold yet, it undoubtedly still belongs among the most expensive and, of course, the most luxurious houses.
There isn't a single thing that would fail to dazzle all your “luxury minded” senses. This castle was built in top modern style with distinctive geometry and large glass windows. It offers two main suites, 10 huge VIP guest bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, 3 separate and fully equipped kitchens and five bars.

Heliport
The house is surrounded by terraces and features its own heliport, which is home to a helicopter used in the show Airwolf. Will the price go down?
The decorations were purchased from Hermés, which only proves this is a house for real connoisseurs. It has been on offer for quite a long time, so we believe the price will go down again, but who knows...
