A total of 50 exceptional new motor boats of various designs and sizes fought for the title in this prestigious contest. Fifteen passed into the narrow final and the title was won by a single one, the most impressive Quicksilver Activ 605 Open.
The award of the prize Boat of the Year is organised on an annual basis by the Moteur Boat Magazine, the prominent French magazine devoted to seafaring and seamanship. The winner was selected on the basis of a detailed testing of professionals and maritime enthusiasts, lasting longer than 2 days.
