Art Basel in Basel (15-18 June): 4000 works of art in one place!
Visitors will have the opportunity to become familiar with prestigious galleries which will present luxurious works of art from contemporary global artists.
Contemporary art from around the world
Art Basel showcases the international art scene, bringing together 291 of the world’s leading galleries and presenting more than 4000 artists. It includes paintings, photographs, installations, prints, videos and digital art. The entire event is divided into several sectors including film, with screenings throughout the duration of this luxury event of films selected by Maxa Zoller, famous for her series of experimental film projections.
Exclusive interviews, interesting debates
As always, there will be space for interviews and debates concerning the global contemporary art scene. Visitors can look forward to discussions with artists, gallery owners, curators, architects and art collectors.
Selection of many luxurious works in our gallery
In our gallery, we present just a fraction of the artists whose works will be on display at Art Basel in Basel, which appealed to us with their originality and workmanship. These include John Baldessari, Chen Fei, Jeff Koons or Johannes Kahrs. Among the 4000 exhibitors, we also discovered a representative from the Czech Republic - Eva Koťátková who exhibits her works in Berlin.
Practical information
The unique Art Basel show is on from 15 to 18 June, every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The price of a ticket on the spot is 60 CHF, which is just under 1500 CZK. This is a relatively decent price for such a luxurious show “under one roof”, which is only held once per year!
