Unique brand of its kind in the Czech Republic
It is luxury wooden spectacle frames of the ZEW brand which stand on the work of two talented creators - Antonín Smělý and Matěj Prokop. The glasses are unique through the technological processing. Each piece is honed, bend and one could say pampered, because the product comes from the heart, not being produced by any machine.
To make one pair of frames takes about 3 weeks. They are designed for a specific owner and will therefore adapt perfectly to his face. With their 13 grams they are lightweight and therefore not heavy on the nose.
Glasses as a fashion accessory - ZEW in real life
The creators choose only such materials which may come into contact with human skin. According to them it is European wood, walnut, olive, hornbeam, eucalyptus. The latter was by the way once referred to as a weed. Under the same brand name you will also find luxurious sun glasses which are displayed at ZEW´s showroom in Prague Klimentská Street.
