World Bridges: the Golden Bridge is the New Attraction of Vietnam
The luxury design creates a form of art, since two giant hands hold in the air a miniature footbridge. People can thus admire not only the beautiful scenery around dominated by peaks of Ba Na mountains, but also the real skill of master builders.
The luxurious bridge reaches the height of 1,400 meters above sea level. Along it, it this altitude violet-blue chrysanthemums are planted, which complete the magical atmosphere of this entire experience. The bridge is composed of 8 arches boasting length of almost 150 metres.
The project aims to attract tourists to Vietnam
The Vietnamese Golden Bridge is part of a mammoth project that cost $2 billion. Its purpose is to attract into Vietnam more tourists from abroad. In the 90´s Vietnam was visited by a record number of visitors – 3.77 million foreign tourists. This number practically has not changed to this day and so the state attempts to change the situation.
In addition to the bridge there is also a French village
Golden Bridge is a new project in the tourist location of Ba Na. The first time it was opened to the public before the beginning of June this year. This tourist area has existed since 1919 and comprises approximately 200 houses. Today there are several attractions including a mountain track and a waxwork museum.
In addition to the luxury bridge perhaps you would be surprised by the local French village, which is in these parts of the world a really unique matter. This architectural achievement was inspired by ancient French villages; you will find here classic French villas, squares, churches, as well as hotels. The question remains whether any visitor expects or indeed wishes to see ancient France in such a beautiful, exceptional and, for a European, exotic country, such as Vietnam.
However, the bridge is wonderful and certainly will soon become the main tourist attraction and a luxurious symbol of Vietnam.
