The list of Hollywood stars who wear TOMS seems to be endless. They are popular for example with Charlize Theron, Hilary Duff, Zendaya, Jessica Alba, Zac Efron, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Anne Hathaway, Lenny Krawitz, Tom Cruise or Miley Cyrus. They all wear them to do some luxurious shopping, city rounds or for example golf. The young actor Abraham Attah from Spiderman: He was not afraid of homecoming and went even further; he put them on straight for the red carpet of the luxurious Oscars.

The American brand TOMS became known for making luxury canvass loafers for charitable purposes. If you buy a pair, you give one to a child in a third world country. But it is not the only way TOMS helps. It provides water to countries and places with worse living conditions and is also engaged in other humanitarian activities.
Why shoes exactly?
This is luxure for many regions of the world in the real sense of the word. In addition to third world countries, footwear is unavailable even in poor neighbourhoods and suburbs of Latin America or the USA. Not only the absence of shoes causes health problems and impossibility to engage in a number of sports activities, but often prevents children from going to school, since shoes are often the most expensive item of the uniform, without which entry to certain schools is forbidden.

The aim of the worldwide campaign #StandWithTOMS is to share a photo of one of the colours of TOMS activities with the requisite hashtag on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, whichever is closest to you and thus draw attention to it. You can choose from red, symbolising donation of shoes, green - healing of eyesight, violet - help to secure safe birth for mother and child, blue - provision of drinking water, orange - assistance is bullying and yellow - provision of light.
