Strings of Autumn: Lanois & Snares ARE NOT TO PERFORM on health grounds!
Due to health reasons, Daniel Lanois cancelled the entire November European tour with Venetian Snares. For this reason, the long-awaited and already completely sold out concert, which was to take place within the framework of Strings of Autumn in the Archa Theatre on 1st November 2018 will unfortunately not take place
The words of President of the festival Strings of Autumn, Marek Vrabec:
"Unfortunately, it has not been possible to adequately compensate the joint project of Daniel Lanois and Venetian Snares. We apologise to all those who purchased concert tickets and we believe that we will be able to present this exceptional artistic duo in Prague in the future."
Ticket compensation
In the case of purchase of tickets through the web strunypodzimu.cz or colosseumticket.cz you need to contact the pre-sales system at the e-mail address: . Those who purchased tickets online through the pre-sale GoOut system will automatically receive the purchase price into their bank account. As concerns tickets purchased through the ticket office of the Theatre Archa, return of the price shall be carried at the same address. Return of funds for the cancelled tickets will only be possible to the date of the concert, i.e. to 1. 11. 2018. On the day of the concert the ticket office at Archa Theatre will be opened in case that any fans failed to receive the notification of cancellation of the concert.
Personal message to fans from Daniel Lanois:
For the reason of contracting bronchitis, I have been unfortunately forced to cancel my November European tour with Venetian Snares. Everyone knows that Venetian Snares is a tremendously powerful talent and I am very proud of our common recording. All the more I regret that we cannot enjoy our planned European tour. I would like to thank all advertisers and fans for their understanding. Health is in the first place.
