2018 in the spirit of opening new deluxe hotels
SLS Hotel & Residences Philadelphia will bring unparalleled vitality and magic to the Philadelphia Avenue of Arts. The SLS Hotel & Residences Philadelphia will be the tallest building for residential purposes in Pennsylvania after it is completed. It will have 47 floors containing 150 hotel rooms and 125 deluxe flats, which will afford an incredible view of the panorama of Philadelphia.
SLS LUX Brickell will offer guests a complex and residential experience with improved civic amenities and a number of tailored VIP services.
SLS Baha Mar Hotel & Residences offers playful sophistication, which combines first-class décor, lifestyle and exclusive access to the Sbe hospitality platform.

SLS Puerti Maderi is being constructed in the elegant district of Puerto Madero in Argentina and will contain 210 residential units. SLS Atlanta will offer perfect luxury to its guests. The hotel portfolio will be expanded by the deluxe construction of another hotel, this time in D.C. It is expected to open in 2019 and is located on Fifth and Eye NW avenues.
