Will this start off a new trend? The introduction of the FW 2018 collection was in the spirit of contrast. While some Moschino luxury pieces showcased beautiful and sexy vixens, others have brought out mysterious cat women in latex! The fact that plastic has become a popular fashionable material could have already been seen in several collections of other world fashion designers. But does luxury Moschino bring a new material of the future?

The designer Jeremy Scott turns men´s jackets into erotic female pieces!
The luxurious show started with a sensual devil woman in black corset lingerie, high shiny lace-up boots and a men´s jacket. But that has been restructured to the liking of the rebellious fashion designer, Jeremy Scott. The upper part was replaced by straps, thereby turning the tailored piece into a very sensuous and feminine item! Some dinner jackets were transformed in a similar manner, thus creating elegant ladies´ attire suitable for any social event.
Luxurious transparent models are pieces of art
In addition to latex, leather, feathers, cotton or satin, Moschino also utilised organza and silk. Using these materials, Jeremy Scott created luxury transparent dresses, skirts and blouses, which thanks to the technology and graphics used literally became a work of art.
Sexy vixen vs. cat women in latex
In respect of some sensual pieces, presented by models styled as sexy vixen, I really wanted to shout “wow!”, while in case of some others I rather wondered “why?”. The second case concerned latex pieces, where although one has to appreciate their originality, must also at the same time objectively examine their practicality and aesthetics. The latter is in all respects almost zero.
The conclusion? The sexy vixen outdid the cat women in all respects and a lot of their models are pieces that one should certainly have in the wardrobe!

The ladies´ part of the Moschino FW 2018 collection is completely different from that for men. It is playful and I think the idea of those little horns is great! The collection is actually wearable if you team it with natural, soft make-up.
There are several pieces in the ladies´ section which I liked straight away. First of all the skirt, fully quilted in silver and the matching bra top teamed with a black corset is simply divine! Not only that you will look absolutely glamorous, because the corset beautifully narrows down your waist, but its complete originality will draw attention of all around you. Simply the star of the evening! A party, date, dinner, flashy banquets... simply anywhere! But be careful: if you wish to blend in with the crowd or go incognito, you better put on that latex à la Cat Woman overall, including the mask!
To conclude, I certainly must mention the black corset with shoulder straps, satin lace-up above-the-knee boots and the pompous ostrich skirt! Yes, it does remind me a bit of the costumes worn by Madonna during her Blond Ambition Tour. And yes, you are right, there are not very many places you can get away with them. But the hell with it! This is a model worthy of Grammy recognition!!!
