River Diamond and a Luxurious Life by the River

Their design is the work of the Mimolimit Studio headed by interior designer Bára Škorpilová. Some apartments have terraces or balconies that offer luxurious panoramic views of Prague. The lower parts of the maisonettes have their own private entrances to the front yard garden located in the inner courtyard, where there are very pleasant areas with little lakes in which to relax amongst the greenery.
Luxurious Modern Architecture
The River Diamond Residence boasts of its ultra-modern architecture, backed by the reputable Šafer Hájek Architects Studio. The south wing of the building is clad with sandstone and it constitutes an abstract composition. The balconies face the river side and interweave around the building in an interesting manner. The main entrance to the building is from the surrounding pedestrian zone, while the basement garages can be reached via an underground tunnel.

The construction of the residence began in 2004 and when it was completed in 2007 it received the Building of the Year Award.
